Confidence is built in the cage. Results show up in the box.
Played the game.
Now coaching it.
Jahleel Rashied Sewer — Coach Sew— is a Newport News, Virginia native who built his game the same way he now teaches it: through relentless, intentional work.
As an outfielder at Thomas Nelson Community College, Coach Sew earned NJCAA Division III Second Team All-American honors in his sophomore season. He continued his playing career at Virginia State University, where he sharpened his approach against tougher competition.
Today, Coach Sew brings that same competitive edge into every cage session. He is not a coach who read about hitting in a book. He is a coach who lived it — and he uses that experience to build complete, confident hitters who can compete at every level.

Every drill, every swing, every rep has a purpose. Mindless work produces mindless hitters.
